Catering inquiries submitted through the Website initiate a conversation — they do not constitute a confirmed booking. A catering engagement is only confirmed upon mutual written agreement (email confirmation) and receipt of any required deposit.
Catering terms including minimums, lead times, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies are outlined in the catering agreement provided at booking. Those terms govern in the event of any conflict with these general Terms.
Food Allergen Disclaimer
West 52 BBQ uses common allergens including but not limited to: gluten (wheat), soy, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts in our kitchen. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from cross-contact with allergens.
If you have a serious food allergy or dietary restriction, contact us directly at (779) 702-9004 before placing an order. You assume responsibility for any adverse reactions resulting from consumption of our food.
No Refund Policy
All food sales are final. We do not offer refunds on consumed or partially consumed food. If you have a concern about food quality, contact us at the restaurant and we will address it to the best of our ability.
For online orders that are unfulfilled due to our error, a refund will be issued through the original payment method via Square.
Limitation of Liability
